Our Warranty covers any products that are due to manufacturing defects within the first 30 days of purchase. Most warrantied products are defective out of the package (packaged incorrectly). For products that have been used it is at the our discretion if the product is defective or not given the nature of the RC Hobby. In most cases we work with you to help support your concern.
